Aligot is a traditional French dish from the Auvergne region made from mashed potatoes, cheese, butter, and garlic that creates a creamy, stretchy, and elastic consistency. It is a rustic and hearty dish, often served with sausages or roasted meats, and its signature characteristic is how the cheese can be "stretched" in long, gooey strands when lifted from the pot.

Good restaurant serving traditional South Western French dishes (specifically, from Aveyron region). The food is tasty and the place is joyful, expect a lot of laughs. The restaurant, however, is clearly understaffed, which has a toll on the service.

An absolute gem of a restaurant. Traditional French food in a great setting and very fairly priced (especially for Paris). Staff are wonderful too. The beef was cooked to perfection.

Friendly staff and tasty food, but the space feels very cramped and there are too many people during the lunch. The prices are average.

The food was very good and at a reasonable price. I had the lamb and chocolate mousse. The service was fast, but not so personal, still polite. Atmosphere quite okay, but tables are close together which makes it a little too tight. Overall, it was a good experience.
